L'Ecole de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris (EBP)

L’Ecole de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris (EBP) is a bakery school aimed at young students and adults wishing to improve their knowledge of bakery and pâtisserie:


  • Founded in 1929, l’EBP welcomes 240 apprentices, 130 adults and more than 500 students each year.

  • Functionally, it facilitates training in the laboratories that are tailor made to meet the needs of bakery and patisserie.

  • The School disposes:
    • 4 bakeries
    • 3 labs of patisserie and 1 of viennoiserie

  • As well as sharing its knowledge of French bakery, Délifrance offers its customers and employees educational and inspirational courses.
